Starla Gamble is a Senior Licensing Specialist at REAL Solutions Group. Starla brings more than a decade of experience in regulatory compliance, operational management, and leadership across both the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a proven record of managing complex licensing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Most recently, Starla served as Facilities Licensing Manager for the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, where she was the primary point of contact for all matters related to drug facility licensing and designated representative registrations, including manufacturers, wholesalers, 3PLs, and reverse distributors. In this role, she oversaw the full licensing lifecycle, conducted compliance inspections, and collaborated with state and federal agencies to address evolving regulatory requirements. Her work included managing ownership changes, implementing policy updates, and guiding companies through complex regulatory transitions.
Recognized for her ability to combine strategic oversight with operational execution, Starla has led cross-functional initiatives, resolved regulatory challenges, and developed systems that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and long-term compliance.
