Sherah Willeford

Sherah Willeford is a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with hands-on experience managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation. She is skilled in month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement support, sales tax filing, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records under GAAP.

Before joining REAL Solutions Group, Sherah served as a Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable at Buddy's Home Furnishings, where she managed full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, maintained the general ledger under accrual accounting, and led in month-end and year-end close processes. She oversaw inventory and prepaid balance sheet reconciliations, processed monthly sales tax filings across multiple store locations, and supported financial statement preparation, forecasting, and audit readiness. Prior to her work in accounting, Sherah served as an Office Manager at Primerica, where she managed office operations and maintained the highest standard of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personnel information.

Sherah places a strong emphasis on integrity in every aspect of her work. Sherah is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies. She holds QuickBooks Online Certifications (Level 1 & 2) and an Intuit Online Bookkeeping Certification, and has experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formula-based reporting.
