Shaniques-Lana Dorisca-Bonett is a Licensing Specialist at REAL Solutions Group. Her keen eye for detail, passion for organization, and affinity for clear communication drive her efficiency in project execution. As a specialist, she supports licensing projects such as initial acquisition, licensure maintenance, and changes to licensure and license records.

Prior to joining the team, Shaniques was a member of Amazon Pharmacy's Licensing Team where she supported pharmacists-in-charge in the acquisition and maintenance of their facility licensure as well as monitoring employee licensure for nearly 5 years. She was appointed to that role following 2 years of training fellow technicians to support pharmacy customers through pharmacy-to-pharmacy and pharmacy-to-physician communication and 1 year of  providing pharmacy technician certification examination preparation. She was also involved in employee-led resource groups throughout her time there. 

 

Shaniques holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of New Hampshire, maintains certification with both the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and is licensed as a pharmacy technician in 4 states. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends or honing her skills in aerial arts.
