Sage is a Licensing Specialist at REAL Solutions Group, where he supports provider onboarding and compliance operations through the accurate management of licensing and credentialing processes. He brings a thoughtful, process-driven approach to his work, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for both providers and internal teams.
Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group, Sage spent over five years with the Washington State Department of Health, where he specialized in licensing, credentialing, and background screening operations. In this role, he managed a high-volume caseload of provider applications across multiple states, consistently maintaining strong accuracy and turnaround standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. He played a key role in supporting large-scale onboarding efforts, conducting quality assurance reviews, and identifying workflow improvements that enhanced processing efficiency and reduced application backlogs.
In addition to his civilian experience, Sage served nearly eight years in the United States Army in both Human Resources and Intelligence roles. As a Human Resources Officer, he oversaw personnel operations and administrative processes for a team of 30+ individuals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across complex systems. Earlier in his military career, he worked as an Intelligence Analyst, where he analyzed multi-source data to produce clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Across both roles, he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, adaptability, and precision while operating in high-pressure, high-accountability environments.
Sage is known for his ability to quickly adapt to new systems and navigate complex processes with confidence. He takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and values clear communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. His work is grounded in a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and supporting both team performance and positive client outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Business Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
