Director of Research & Regulatory Strategy
Remote - Full time

What You Will Do:

  • Maintains all MASTER research documentation and data including licensure and reporting requirements, initial license acquisitions, changes of ownership (CHOW), renewals, and other change notices (i.e. change in PIC, DR, officers, location, etc)

  • Works closely with the Director of Licensing on project oversight and workload management of licensing projects

  • Serves as Government Relations representative for RSG

  • Oversees and/or completes 50 state and federal research for client projects and RSG service lines

  • Works with regulatory tracking team to track legislative bills and rule promulgation to inform regulatory tracking reports (HealthRISC) 

  • ManagesHealthRISC report drafting 

  • Conducts board and regulatory entity surveys 

  • Supports licensing teams in Project Work Plan build 

  • Investigates and addresses research questions for clients and RSG staff 

  • Participates in and represents RSG at relevant professional events informing RSG services including conference attendance, webinars, and review of stakeholder content 

  • Supports content generation for Marketing and RSG presentations and educational offerings 

  • Develops, maintains, and executes policy and process for all facets of position

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of national pharmacy and drug supply chain regulatory compliance experience 

  • RPh or JD preferred 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment free of distraction 

  • Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel and PowerPoint, and Monday.com 

  • Start-up focused mentality with a solution-oriented attitude 

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform them competently 

  • Analytic thinking, great communication skills, attention to detail, efficient and independent working style 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous activities
