Rachel Riehl

Operations Specialist

Rachel Riehl is the Operations Specialist at Real Solutions Group, where she utilizes her organizational and problem solving skills to develop processes and procedures in order to streamline workflow, manage internal and external support requests, and onboard new staff with enthusiasm and speed. 

Rachel graduated from Central Michigan University in 2017 Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Public Relations. After graduation, Rachel served as the Marketing Coordinator to Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. During her time there, she supported the marketing and fund development teams with event-planning, fundraising, donor support and stewardship, as well as graphic design. She then worked as the Executive Assistant to Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist, managing schedules and logistics while ensuring messaging was consistent throughout the office. 

In 2021, she began working as the Project Coordinator for Building Champions where she managed day-to-day office operations, handled logistics for webinars, prepared coaching materials, and assisted the Client Experience team. Rachel currently resides in Michigan and in her free time she enjoys swimming, hiking, and reading.
