REAL Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with one to three years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or a similar role. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams by coordinating complex scheduling, managing end-to-end project processes, and maintaining precise records. You’ll serve as a central communication hub, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced, start-up environment where patient safety and operational excellence are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Complex Scheduling: Meticulously plan, schedule, and manage all logistics for multi-state inspections, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.

Act as Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related matters, handling a high volume of email correspondence with exceptional professionalism, clarity, and promptness.

Manage End-to-End Process: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, meticulously tracking progress from initial client intake and scheduling through to final resolution and project closure.

Build Key Relationships: Proactively develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members, external contractors, and officials from various State Boards of Pharmacy.

Maintain Detailed Records: Track all activities, communications, and deadlines associated with project deliverables with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring documentation is always current and accessible.

Drive Process Improvement: Actively analyze existing scheduling and coordination workflows to identify inefficiencies and take the initiative to recommend and implement improvements.

Prepare and Distribute Materials: Ensure all relevant parties receive necessary documentation, schedules, and updates in a timely manner.

Mastery of Email Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written correspondence, managing complex conversations and conveying critical information clearly.

Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Demonstrated expertise in configuring, optimizing, and managing project management platforms, including building workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards to drive cross-functional efficiency.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, logistics, or a similar detail-oriented role.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered.

Remote Work Proficiency: Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment. Prior experience working remotely is required.
