Michelle is a Licensing Specialist for REAL Solutions Group (RSG), where she assists in monitoring, processing, and documenting licenses. Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group, Michelle worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Case Manager, aiding small businesses in pandemic relief loan review and post-compliance.

Michelle recently graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (2020), where she earned her law degree with a focus in Technology and Entrepreneurship. During her time at Loyola Michelle worked alongside innovators and startups to bring innovations into commercialization through the New Orleans BioInnovation Center. Prior to her law degree Michelle was the Director of Marketing at NeighborWorks Waco, a nonprofit organization aimed at homeownership in low income communities. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University (2015) with a focus in non-profit marketing. Michelle is a native Texan, and enjoys eating tex-mex and being around her friends and family in the great outdoors.
