Melissa Leslie is a Licensing Specialist for REAL Solutions Group (RSG). Before joining RSG, Melissa worked in the nuclear radiopharmaceutical industry where she reviewed, processed, and approved all initial pharmacy and manufacturing applications, managed and processed all license changes (PIC, change of officer, remodeling, etc.), and all license renewals for radiopharmacies nationwide. She ensured that all licenses complied with state and federal laws and regulations.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University.  She resides in Lenoir City, Tennessee with her husband on property she hopes to one day turn into a mini farm. For now, it’s a giant playground for rescue dogs and cats.
