Laurin Heyden

Laurin Heyden is a Project Manager with REAL Solutions Group. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning areas of licensing, legal, and regulatory compliance. She is detail-oriented with strong analytical rigor and stakeholder communication skills. She is particularly motivated by roles that require precision and strategic oversight to ensure sustainable, long-term compliance frameworks. 

 

In her most recent role, she served as a Compliance and Licensing Analyst, where she conducted compliance audits and managed the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical licensing applications at the state, county, and municipal levels for domestic and international-based distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, 3PLs, and durable medical equipment suppliers. 

 

Before fully transitioning into compliance, Laurin developed extensive litigation and legal operations experience in the insurance and personal injury sectors. Her roles as a Litigation Paralegal and Case Manager strengthened her expertise in legal research, document management systems, discovery processes, and procedural compliance. 

 

Laurin holds a Juris Master’s in Legal Risk Management, Contracting, and Compliance from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Tampa, and plans to obtain the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification. 

 

Laurin is a Detroit native but resides in the sunny Tampa Bay area with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and collecting fragrances.​
