REAL Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist with at least three years of marketing experience. This position will play a pivotal role in in developing brand assets, supporting lightweight web design initiatives, and executing email marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Development & Creative Execution
-
Create, maintain, and evolve branded assets across digital and print channels to ensure a consistent and professional company identity.

Design marketing collateral including: presentations, one-pagers, sales materials, social graphics, internal communications, and event-related materials.

Develop graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.

Ensure all creative outputs align with company brand standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

Website & Digital Presence

Support lightweight web design and website updates, including landing page creation, content updates, and basic site maintenance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve website user experience, messaging, and conversion opportunities.

Assist in managing website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business priorities.

Optimize web pages for readability, engagement, and basic SEO best practices.

Campaign Management​

Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns to support lead generation, client engagement, and company communications.

Create email templates, design layouts, and compelling copy that align with campaign goals.

Manage email lists, segmentation, and scheduling to ensure targeted and timely communication.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support company initiatives through marketing materials and campaigns.

Coordinate marketing support for company events, webinars, and conferences.

Assist in maintaining and organizing digital marketing assets and templates for company-wide use.

Contribute to marketing planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy discussions.

What You Already Have
​

Located in Indianapolis, IN metro area, strongly preferred
-
Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience
-
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
-
Experience with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar CMS tools
-
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools
-
Strong understanding of basic web design principles and user experience best practices
-
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency
-
Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly

Ability to work in a team setting to effectively manage a high-volume workload with
critical deadlines -
Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel
and PowerPoint -
Demonstrated ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment free of distraction
