John Sousa is the Director of Operations at REAL Solutions Group and is responsible for managing an integrated back office that enables RSG to deliver a quality customer experience without compromising our values. John designs and maintains systems designed to scale with clients to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group in 2025, John worked the past 9 years in a disrupting startup supporting the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry. During his tenure, the startup achieved meteoric growth where he gained extensive experience in scaling business technology systems, agile product management, and team leadership. Responsible for modernizing technology operations in food distribution and marketing, John’s impact in the sector can still be seen in grocery stores nationally with optimization strategies he developed.
