Jennifer Chupinsky

Jennifer Chupinsky is the People Operations Generalist at REAL Solutions Group, supporting a variety of human resources functions, helping to develop and implement efficient HR processes while fostering positive employee experiences. With a collaborative approach and a passion for building strong workplace relationships, Jennifer is committed to delivering thoughtful, people-focused solutions that support both employees and clients.

Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist for a manufacturing organization in South Carolina, where she supported employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. She began her HR career at a staffing agency in Michigan, building a strong foundation in high-volume recruiting and workforce planning. Jennifer earned her degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and holds her SHRM-CP certification. This strong blend of agency and corporate human resources experience allows her to partner effectively with both leadership and team members across the organization.
