Helen Cardona
Project Manager, Program Development
Helen Cardona is a Project Manager of Program Development. She applies her pharmacy and data analysis experience to support business and client needs.
Helen has experience in retail, hospital, mail order, and compounding pharmacies. She has been a part of the development of pharmacy automation, compounding, inventory, and strategy planning. Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group (RSG), Helen was the Sr. Pharmacy Ops Analyst for a mail order pharmacy where she applied her analytical skills to provide support for cost analysis, projections, metrics reporting, license monitoring, and inventory tracking.
Helen is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. She later expanded her education further with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. She continued to strengthen her learnings by earning a data analysis certificate from Brain Station in June of 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys watching cooking channels and listening to crime podcasts.
