Colleen Rafferty

Colleen Rafferty serves as the Executive Assistant at REAL Solutions Group, providing direct support to the CEO and COO. In addition to her executive support responsibilities, she assists with the organization’s database management, leveraging her strong technical expertise.

Prior to joining RSG, Colleen spent nine years as the Executive Director of a historical cemetery in Western Maryland.  She recently relocated to Indiana to be closer to her family and continues to pursue her interest in history through genealogical research and volunteer work at her local historical society.
