Bethany Francis is the Director of Program Management at REAL Solutions Group. With over 14 years of experience in pharmacy operations and compliance, she leads RSG’s regulatory intelligence and inspection services, helping clients manage complex regulatory requirements.
Throughout her career, Bethany has focused on balancing operational growth with a strong commitment to patient safety. Prior to RSG, she held leadership roles at Amazon Pharmacy, where she managed large-scale pharmacy operations and directed multi-state compliance during a period of rapid national expansion.
Her broad understanding of compliance frameworks across multiple states is built on having held licensure in 35 states and earning a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma.
