Andrea Briley is the Director of Operations at REAL Solutions Group, overseeing daily operations across Accounting, Operations, and Marketing. In this role, her focus is ensuring that each functions cohesively to meet the organization’s strategic goals while supporting scalable operations as the company continues to grow.
Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling cross-functional operations across professional services, startups, and heavily regulated environments. She has built her career helping organizations translate strategic vision into operational clarity through periods of growth and change.
As a natural integrator, Andrea cares deeply about leading teams toward a shared vision and cultivating an authentic, high-performing culture. Her approach is hands-on, human-centered, and systems-oriented.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, holds a certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School, and is a Certified Human Resources Specialist through the National Association of Healthcare Professionals.
