Shannon Thompson is a Licensing Specialist for REAL Solutions Group (RSG). Since joining the RSG team in 2022, Shannon has used her experience and skills in becoming a valued member of the licensing team.

Prior to joining RSG, Shannon worked as a paralegal, working primarily on civil litigation cases. She graduated from the State University of New York at Canton earning a Bachelor's degree with honors in Legal Studies. Currently, she is a law school student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law where she will graduate in May 2023 with her J.D. Shannon resides in Philadelphia, New York with her husband and two children. When she is not working or studying you can find her cheering on her children, playing board games and doing puzzles, or vacationing in Disney or the Adirondack Mountains.
