Shannon Schuetze is a Licensing Specialist for REAL Solutions Group (RSG), where she assists in all aspects of licensing. Shannon utilizes her highly professional work ethic and attention to detail skills to ensure all state and federal laws and regulations are in compliance for various facility types. She comes to RSG with a unique talent for problem solving and an appreciation for fast-paced confidential work environments.

Prior to joining the RSG Team, Shannon worked in Tribal Gaming Licensing for six years. Throughout her experience in Tribal Gaming, Shannon successfully ensured all tribal, state, and federal laws and regulations were enforced. Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in cultural anthropology from Seattle University (2008). In 2020, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma, with a M.L.S in Indigenous Peoples Law. Shannon resides in Ridgefield, WA, is a big sports fan, and enjoys spending her free time with her family playing games and attending sporting events.
