Jill Bonnin is a senior attorney with 20 years of legal experience. Jill joined RSG in 2019 and manages large and small scale licensing projects, as well as the Regulatory Compliance reporting services for RSG’s clients. Jill’s drug supply chain licensing projects include 50-state license acquisition for multiple facilities, 50-state change of ownership transactions,  pharmacist-in-charge changes, and facility relocations. She works closely with clients and the Boards of Pharmacy to ensure seamless transitions during licensing changes and the acquisition process.

Prior to joining RSG, Jill served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice. As a member of the Business Transactions section, Jill focused on information technology issues and advised state agencies on data security, risk, and legal compliance. Before the DOJ, Jill spent six years as Chief Legal Counsel for LegitScript, a healthcare compliance and technology company. Jill managed both Legal and Operations teams for LegitScript, including the pharmacy certification program, during her tenure. Prior to her in-house experience, Jill spent eight years practicing complex commercial litigation with a top Arizona boutique law firm.
