Licensing Specialist
Elizabeth Ranweiler (she/her/hers) is a Licensing Specialist with REAL Solutions Group (RSG), where she uses her organizational, legal, and research skills in all aspects of licensing. Since joining the RSG team in 2021, Elizabeth has assisted clients in obtaining resident and non-resident pharmacy licensure throughout the United States, in navigating changes of ownership for large pharmacies with many licenses, and in relocating resident pharmacies holding numerous non-resident pharmacy licenses.
She has also directed multiple Pharmacist-in-Charge changes for facilities holding over 40 non-resident pharmacy licenses and holds extensive expertise in non-resident Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements, which vary widely from state to state. Elizabeth is skilled at smoothing transitions and minimizing disruptions in service to patients while maintaining compliance with each individual state’s unique requirements for initial licensure, changes of ownership, relocations, and changes of Pharmacist-in-Charge.
Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group in 2021, Elizabeth obtained experience in a variety of fields, including criminal appellate law, nonprofit support, and Alzheimer’s Disease research. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon (2005) and her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon (1998) and is an active member of the Oregon State Bar. Elizabeth resides in Beaverton, Oregon, and spends her free time volunteering, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
